J₂Z72 series rotary stripping machine

▄ The rotary stripping machine is the key equipment of the molding line, which mainly consists of fixed motorized roller way,movable motorized belt, clamping cylinder, rotary mechanism, stripping cylinder, stripping vibrator and stripping detector,etc.

-The rotary mechanism can be electrically or hydraulically driven.The electrical method adopts brake motor and speed reducer, which is controlled by AC frequency converter to realize stable and accurate stopping. The hydraulic method
adopts imported original proportion valve. Both methods can meet the technological requirements of slowquick-slow, with features of safe and reliable control, convenient speed adjustment and easy maintenance.
-According to the load requirement,it can adopt O-frame or C-frame,four-plunger or two-plunger structure,better rigidity and stable running.
-Stripping detection device is used as a protection device to avoid demolding failure.
-The rotary machine is equipped with stripping vibrator to assist stripping.
