■J2SLX series wet reclamation system is an environmental protection system of sand reclamation, special for CO2 water glass sand and ester solidification water glass sand, which solves the low reclamation rate of water glass sand. It is mainly composed of two-stage vertical sand washer, vibratory dehydrating screen, water supply unit, water control and sand dryer unit, and sewage mud disposal unit.
-Used sand reclamation effect is good so that the used sand can be used as new sand after
being treated;
-The reclamation rate can reach more than 95%, nearly no waste sand needs to be
discharged.
-The sewage can be recycled after being treated or discharged regularly,which is green
environmental protection, economic, and reliable.
