J₂ Gantry type automatic casting machine

▄ The J2 gantry type automatic casting machine is suitable for bottom casting process of casting steel parts. This machine base can move in 3D directions, namely transversal, longitudinal, up and down. It is equipped with advanced camera identification system and casting weight control system, which can scan automatically and look for casting port and monitor the casting process at real time.

-Main beam conforms to design standard for metallurgy crane.Both the transversal and longitudinal running are controlled byservo motor, safe and reliable;
-Steel ladle is mechanically lifted and can be locked out safely and reliably at any height to prevent accidental falling down;
-Servo motor controls ladle rod opening and closing to fulfill quick casting, flowing back, flow port closing, small flow casting makeup, etc.
-It is capable of weighing and recording for statistic data of single box casting time, single box casting weight, the remainingsteel weighing and warning, etc.
