The pre-buyoff for a Oscillating Shearing Line to a famous OEM auto company has just done at JIER facility.  Composed of Coil preparation shuttle, Coil loading car, Uncoiler, Coil peeler, Double rolls threading device, Scrap shear, Scrap Cart, Coil brush cleaner, Leveler, Servo Roll feed, Swing shear, Telescopic conveyor, Blank brush cleaner, Stacker& stacker cart, Rotating stacker platform, etc., this line is used for the Steel/Aluminum production of rectangular, trapezoidal or curved blanks by cutting strip material into blanks and stacking them accordingly, the main specifications here below:
